I currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be possible, so please email me at lanaelindstrom@gmail.com and I’ll see what I can arrange.
Orders placed by Wednesday will ship on Thursday. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for delivery after shipment. Larger artwork, especially pieces over 12 × 16 inches, may require additional preparation and shipping time.
Each piece is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely. Thank you for your patience as your artwork makes its way to you.
Copyright & Reproduction Rights
All original artwork is the intellectual property of the artist, Lanae Lindstrom. The artist retains all rights to reproduce, create prints of, and sell reproductions of her artwork separately from the original piece. Purchase of an original artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer.
Return & Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final
Every piece of art offered by Lanae Lindstrom is an original, one-of-a-kind creation. Each piece is made individually, and no two works are exactly alike.
Because of the unique nature of my artwork, all sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or personal preference. Please review all photographs, dimensions, materials, descriptions, and pricing carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
I take great care in preparing and packaging artwork for shipment. If your order arrives damaged or you receive an item different from the one you purchased, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery lanaelindstrom@gmail.com
Please include your order number, photographs of the artwork and its packaging, and a description of the issue. I will review the situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Each artwork is original and one of a kind. Because pieces may include resin, pigments, minerals, crystals, glass, metallic leaf, and other materials, slight variations in color, texture, reflections, and detail are normal. Colors may also look different depending on your screen and lighting.
Please review each artwork’s photographs, dimensions, materials, and description before purchasing.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Orders are subject to payment approval, and an order may be canceled if there is a listing error, suspected fraud, or another legitimate issue. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, it will be refunded.
Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. Please provide an accurate shipping address. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside the seller’s control.
All sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted for change of mind or personal preference. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong artwork, contact Lanae promptly with your order number and photographs of the artwork and packaging so the issue can be reviewed.
Purchasing an artwork gives you ownership of the physical piece only. It does not give you permission to reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or commercially use the artwork, photographs, or other website content.
